Ranibari Community Forest used to be a retreat for Nepal’s royal family, which has now been converted to natural park with walkways. This heavily wooded natural forest covers an area of 17 acres in the heart of Kathmandu metropolitan city. It is a wonderful destination for bird enthusiasts, and nature photographers.
