Join us for our next PhotoWalk Nepal gathering as we explore one of Kathmandu’s most iconic and photogenic landmarks—the Bouddhanath Stupa.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site and an important center of Tibetan Buddhism, Bouddhanath offers photographers a unique blend of spirituality, architecture, culture, and daily life. From the movement of pilgrims circling the stupa to the intricate details of monasteries, prayer flags, and surrounding streets, the area presents countless opportunities for observation and visual storytelling.
Whether you are interested in street photography, documentary work, architecture, portraits, or simply spending a morning exploring with fellow photographers, this photowalk promises a rich and rewarding experience.
Starting with this photo walk, we are introducing a regular Photo Review & Critique Session as part of our discussion segment. Details of the Photo Review & Critique Session below:

- Photowalk: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Discussion Session: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
The discussion session will be held at a different venue, which will be announced during the photowalk.
Photo Review & Critique Session
Participants are invited to share up to three photographs for constructive feedback and discussion. The submitted photographs may be images captured during the photowalk itself or photographs from their previous work.
The goal of the critique session is to create a supportive environment where photographers can learn from one another through discussion of composition, storytelling, technical execution, editing choices, and creative intent. Whether you are a beginner seeking guidance or an experienced photographer looking for fresh perspectives, the session is designed to encourage growth through thoughtful and respectful feedback.
Photographs can be submitted during the discussion session following the photowalk.
