The Pashupatinath Temple area is one of the most layered and visually rich spaces in the Kathmandu Valley where ritual, reflection, and everyday life unfold side by side.
Our recent photowalk brought together photographers from the community to explore and document these moments. From the intensity of worship to the interactions along the Bagmati riverbanks, each participant approached the space with their own perspective.
What stood out was not just the location, but also the diversity. How the same place can be seen and interpreted in so many different ways.
As part of the experience, Nikon Nepal provided four mirrorless camera systems: the Z6II, Z5II, Z50II, and Z30, giving participants the opportunity to explore different tools in a real-world setting. We were also joined by representatives from both Nikon Nepal and Xiaomi Nepal during the walk.
During the photowalk, we had the pleasure of presenting the FRAME Cover Photo Award to Mr. Ankit Shrestha, along with the award and certificate supported by Xiaomi Nepal.
This featured gallery brings together a selection of photographs from the walk, highlighting moments of light, detail, and storytelling that defined the experience.
We thank everyone who joined us and contributed to the lively and inclusive spirit of the day. It is this diversity of people and perspectives that makes every PhotoWalk Nepal gathering a unique and enriching experience.
